AI Agents for Marketing Reporting and Operations

A weekly marketing report often starts with exports from several platforms and ends with someone explaining why the numbers disagree. Fludd can gather the agreed sources, reconcile reporting periods and attribution definitions, and prepare a report with the exceptions visible.

How the workflow runs

  1. Read the permitted campaign, analytics and CRM sources for the reporting period. Record which accounts, currencies and attribution settings the data uses.
  2. Assemble spend, campaign results and available sales evidence. Flag missing data or differences between platform attribution and business records.
  3. Draft the report with source references and questions for the account owner. Send it or save it only through the approved review workflow.

Where people stay in control

Budget changes, campaign activation, audience changes and publishing require explicit authorization. Reported platform conversions are not automatically treated as confirmed revenue. Your team approves conclusions and any recommendations that affect spend.

Systems and access

Possible sources include Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, a CRM and spreadsheets, subject to account access and API capabilities. The initial assessment defines the source of truth for each metric and the delivery format your team already uses.

Start with one workflow

We map the process with your team, define the permitted actions and test the workflow under supervision. Before production, we agree on the deployment environment, data handling, success criteria and escalation path. The proposal defines scope, pricing, timing and ongoing support.
