Privacy and data use

When you contact us

The form asks for your work email, company, role, team size, area of interest and deployment preference. We use this information to respond and discuss a possible implementation. Your request is emailed to the Fludd team through Resend.

We also receive the originating page and campaign tags associated with the visit. The server uses the IP address to limit repeated submissions. Do not include passwords, customer data or sensitive information in your request.

Analytics and browser storage

We use Google Analytics to measure visits, interactions and confirmed form submissions. Google may use cookies and browser identifiers for measurement. Our form analytics events do not include your name, email or the text you enter. If you arrive from a Google ad, Google Ads uses this measurement to tell whether the visit led to an inquiry.

The page URL determines the language. Campaign tags are retained for the browser tab session to associate your inquiry with the visit that generated it. You can clear browser storage or block cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website, Resend processes request emails, and Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and ads. These providers may process information outside your country under their service terms.

Requests about your data

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent us, write to alonso@fludd.cl from the email used for your inquiry. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

This notice covers the marketing website. Access to a customer's business systems and data is defined separately in the implementation agreement.
