Agentic AI for enterprise operations

Fludd is a managed AI agent that carries out multi-step work across business systems. For US enterprise teams, the starting point is a defined workflow: reconcile invoices, prepare sales quotes or assemble procurement evidence. We map the process, implement the connections and support the operation remotely from Santiago, Chile.

What makes the work agentic?

A workflow begins with an objective and uses tools to reach a reviewable result. For an invoice reconciliation, the agent retrieves invoices and purchase orders, compares line items, flags exceptions and prepares a summary for finance. It retains the agreed working instructions between tasks. Access and approval rules determine which steps it can execute and where it must stop.

Start where the inputs and outcome are clear

Finance can start with reconciliation and exception reports. Sales can start with quote drafts checked against stock and approved pricing. Procurement can start with requirement extraction and supplier comparisons. Choose a process with accessible source records, repeatable rules and an owner who can evaluate the result. Ambiguous source data and changing policies should be resolved before granting broader autonomy.

Connect the systems your team already uses

The implementation may connect an ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets and approved business applications. We first confirm the actual API or application access available. Read permissions, write permissions and sensitive actions are scoped separately. The proposal defines the deployment environment, model providers, data handling and operational support; none should be inferred from a demonstration.

Define approvals before production

Your team decides which actions can run automatically and which require a person. Examples include sending an external message, changing a price or submitting a purchase. Logs should make the source information, action and approval traceable. Missing information and unexpected conditions follow an agreed escalation path. Regulated workflows require a separate assessment of the applicable controls and agreements.

Measure a supervised pilot

Agree on the baseline, representative examples and acceptance criteria before the pilot. Evaluate correctness, completed outcomes, exception handling, review time and operating cost. Start under human supervision and expand permissions only after reviewing the evidence. Pricing, timing and scope are set in a proposal around your process, rather than a promised multiplier.
