AI Agents for Real Estate Operations

A property inquiry arrives after the office closes. The listing information is in one system, the conversation in another, and the agent's availability in a calendar. Fludd connects those steps so your team can follow up with a clear record of the inquiry and the next action.

How the workflow runs

  1. Read the inquiry and retrieve the current listing details from approved sources. Ask about the buyer's or renter's requirements using your team's qualification criteria.
  2. Create or update the CRM record with the conversation, requirements and open questions. Route the inquiry to the responsible agent.
  3. Check the connected calendar and coordinate a showing when the required information and permissions are available. Escalate scheduling conflicts and unanswered questions.

Where people stay in control

Your team defines approved listing information, qualification questions and communication rules. Negotiation, pricing exceptions and contractual commitments remain with an authorized person. Fludd must not infer protected characteristics or use them to decide who receives service.

Systems and access

The implementation starts with your CRM, listing source, email or messaging channel, and calendar. Access depends on each system's API and available permissions; a vendor name alone does not establish integration support.

Start with one workflow

We map the process with your team, define the permitted actions and test the workflow under supervision. Before production, we agree on the deployment environment, data handling, success criteria and escalation path. The proposal defines scope, pricing, timing and ongoing support.
